Austin AmeriCorps Alums

AmeriCorps Week is almost here!  Austin AmeriCorps Alums has won a $1,000 grant from the National Office!  We're excited to be partnering again with the Austin AmeriCorps Awareness Week Planning Committee.  This committee is comprised of multiple AmeriCorps state projects, AmeriCorps national projects, VISTA projects, OneStar, and Cities of Service.  For all the latest information on AmeriCorps Week information make sure to check out the website: austinamericorpsweek.com

Congress passed a FY2011 budget that including funding for AmeriCorps at 94% of FY2010 funding.  For all the information you need on Legislative Updates related to service check out www.saveservice.org.
