Austin AmeriCorps Alums hosted a workshop all about Grant-Writing and Fundraising! On November 9th from 6:30-8:30pm at the Mueller HEB Community Room, Corinna Archer and Kristina Thompson hosted a Professional Development Event. The focus focused on grant-writing, but also discussed generally development, a little bit marketing 101 and nonprofit storytelling. The session also included an activity related to messaging/developing a "need statement" that hits on grant-writing and some general marketing/storytelling skills.
